Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please be aware that delivery may be delayed by circumstances out of our control. Please email us at info@campcatskill.co with any questions about your delivery status.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

In-store pickup 

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store location. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours match the store’s open hours. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@campcatskill.co with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Full-price items returned within the 30 day window will be given a full refund. Marked down and clearance merchandise returns will receive store credit.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@campcatskill.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping is not free, you will be responsible for shipping the items back to us and for shipping any replacement items back to you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@campcatskill.co with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
