Cold comes early up here, and it usually turns up on an ordinary morning in October rather than on any date you'd circle. This is the beanie for that stretch. A deep waffle knit with a folded cuff, a close fit that stays put under a hood, and enough weight to earn its spot from the first frost through mud season. Knit in the USA from Repreve recycled polyester, which starts out as plastic bottles and dries a good deal faster than wool after a wet walk back to the car. One size, with our woven label on the cuff. Designed by us in Tannersville.
